About this Publishing System

This journal uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3.1.1.4, which is open source journal management and publishing software developed, supported, and freely distributed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) under the GNU General Public License.

OJS supports the complete editorial workflow of the journal, including manuscript submission, editorial screening, peer review, copyediting, production, publication, and archiving.
