This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication skills among the Brothers of the Holy Family of Nazareth in 2026. This study employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The population consisted of 33 Brothers of the Holy Family of Nazareth, and the entire population was included as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and subsequently analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique with the assistance of SPSS version 22 for Windows. The results of the analysis showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.451 with a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.008 (< 0.05), indicating that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. This finding indicates a positive and significant relationship of moderate strength between self-confidence and interpersonal communication among the Brothers of the Holy Family of Nazareth. In other words, higher levels of self-confidence are associated with better interpersonal communication skills.
