Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation of research subjects including the principal, teachers and students. Data analysis carried out certainly includes several stages such as data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the internalization of multicultural education at SMP IT Mutiara Aulia is carried out through the integration of multicultural values in learning activities, school culture and religious extracurricular activities, of course these values include attitudes of tolerance, justice, cooperation and mutual respect among each other, although the school must have a commitment for teachers to be role models for students in the learning process amid differences in understanding of each student and time constraints.
