The journal expects editors, reviewers, and authors to uphold integrity, transparency, academic responsibility, and ethical conduct throughout the publication process.
This statement is informed by widely accepted principles of scholarly publishing ethics and is intended to guide all parties involved in the submission, review, editing, and publication of manuscripts.
In accordance with accepted standards of scholarly publishing, Maspul Journal of English Studies (MAJESTY) preserves the integrity of the published record and does not alter published articles except when necessary to correct serious errors introduced during the editorial or production process.
When a published article contains a significant error that affects the reader’s understanding, interpretation, or evaluation of the work, the journal may publish a correction notice. The correction notice will be linked to the original article, and the original article will remain part of the scholarly record.
Examples of significant errors may include inaccurate data presentation, misleading wording, incorrect attribution, or errors in tables, figures, quotations, or references that substantially affect the meaning of the article.
In accordance with the Retraction Guidelines by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), JMLE will retract a published article if:
A retracted article will be clearly identified as retracted, and a retraction notice will be published and linked to the article. Where necessary, the journal may also publish an expression of concern while an investigation is ongoing.
By submitting a manuscript to Maspul Journal of English Studies (MAJESTY), authors confirm that the manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Maspul Journal of English Studies (MAJESTY) is committed to safeguarding the integrity of the scholarly record. Allegations of misconduct will be handled seriously, fairly, and confidentially. The journal reserves the right to investigate suspected ethical violations and to take appropriate editorial action when misconduct is confirmed.
Majesty Journal does not tolerate any form of publication misconduct, including but not limited to plagiarism, citation manipulation, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate submission, redundant publication, and unethical research involving human or animal subjects. When ethical violations are identified, the journal reserves the right to take appropriate action, including manuscript rejection, publication of correction, retraction, and notification to the authors’ affiliated institutions when necessary.
