This article aims to examine (1) the management of the "honesty canteen" at the Miftahul Jannah Pontana Islamic Boarding School as a means to instill or shape honesty in students, and (2) how the honesty canteen program fosters honesty among the students. The researcher employed a qualitative approach using descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and document analysis, while data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that (1) the management of the honesty canteen at Miftahul Jannah Pontana encompasses planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation; and (2) to foster honesty through this program, supervisors oversee transactions during the initial implementation phase and monitor sales results on a daily, monthly, and even semester basis. Acting as more than mere canteen attendants, the supervisors continuously educate students on the importance of upholding honesty in daily life specifically honesty in speech, transactions, and promises resulting in students successfully meeting expected targets when conducting transactions.
