Every manuscript submitted to Maspul Journal of Community Empowerment (MJCE) is free of charge at the submission stage.
An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 300,000 is applied only to manuscripts that have been accepted for publication. This fee covers editorial handling, review management, copyediting, layout preparation, online publication, and archiving.
